The Kitchener Post Team of the Week is the Kitchener-Waterloo Lightning atom rep girls basketball team.

The Lightning went undefeated until the end of their home tournament Jan. 18-20 and finished with silver after a final game 38-32 loss to the Ancaster ABC Magic. The team overcame injuries to best their season-high placement of fourth, which they had done in all four of their previous tournaments.
